fix(compile-output): IDF "Project commit: HEAD-HASH-NOTFOUND" banners are not errors
esp-insights/esp-rainmaker print their version banner to stderr during the CMake configure; without git metadata in the component tree it reads "Project commit: HEAD-HASH-NOTFOUND" and the stderr classifier's default painted it as a red error. Users read it as a failed build (it is not). Classify "project commit:" lines as info.
