From 32b11d83ecf0a7635424f500d23ba838a071cbb7 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: David Montero Crespo Date: Fri, 7 Aug 2026 22:58:39 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] fix(compile-output): IDF "Project commit: HEAD-HASH-NOTFOUND" banners are not errors esp-insights/esp-rainmaker print their version banner to stderr during the CMake configure; without git metadata in the component tree it reads "Project commit: HEAD-HASH-NOTFOUND" and the stderr classifier's default painted it as a red error. Users read it as a failed build (it is not). Classify "project commit:" lines as info. --- frontend/src/utils/compilationLogger.ts | 7 ++++++- 1 file changed, 6 insertions(+), 1 deletion(-) diff --git a/frontend/src/utils/compilationLogger.ts b/frontend/src/utils/compilationLogger.ts index dc4fbaca..0a3cf92a 100644 --- a/frontend/src/utils/compilationLogger.ts +++ b/frontend/src/utils/compilationLogger.ts @@ -87,7 +87,12 @@ export function parseCompileResult( lower.includes('note:') || lower.includes('in file included') || lower.startsWith('using ') || - lower.startsWith('libraries ') + lower.startsWith('libraries ') || + // IDF's CMake banners for esp-insights/esp-rainmaker print + // "...
