David Montero Crespo 63a91a08ef feat(backend): intellisense symbol server for the library long tail ... GET /api/intellisense/symbols/{Name@Version} scans the content-addressed library cache entry's headers (dependency-free C++ scanner) into an editor symbol table, disk-cached per entry and served with long cache headers.
