David Montero Crespo 2bd07e49b0 fix(espidf): thread custom_wifi_ssids into _compile_in_dir ... The stand-down check ran inside _compile_in_dir, which never received the parameter compile() grew -- every ESP32 compile died with NameError at runtime (ast-parse clean, scope-blind).
