Subject: [PATCH] feat(camera): the webcam toggle serves the XIAO ESP32S3 Sense
 too

The Camera button was hard-gated to the esp32-cam board kind. The Sense now
runs its camera through the S3 engine's LCD_CAM model, fed by the same
useWebcamFrames -> sendCameraFrame path, so the toggle shows for it as well.
