chore(examples): recapture 3 thumbs that had the What's New modal painted over the canvas

cardputer-adv-m5-button, m5stack-core-hello and c6-oled-i2c were the first
slug of their capture run and got the day's announcement overlay in the shot.
The capture script (velxio-prod) now pre-marks the day's post as shown and
strips any announcement overlay before the screenshot.
