docs(readme): weather-station hero shows the whole circuit, not a crop of the TFT 

The previous GIF was a tight crop of the ILI9341 panel and rendered huge
and cut off at the top of Screenshots. This one is the landing's
estacion-meteorologica GIF cropped to the circuit (ESP32 + ILI9341 +
BMP280 + DHT22) and displayed at 520px.
