Subject: [PATCH] feat(picker): the rest of the closed catalogue gets its
 ONLINE card too

DS18B20, the three Maxim thermocouple/RTD front-ends and the ILI9341+touch
panel are as free and as online-only as the four added a moment ago; OSS just
showed nothing for them. Same card, same pill, same self-retiring contract.
