Subject: [PATCH] feat(picker): ESP32-S3-EYE ad card replaces the ESP-EYE one

David's kit is the ESP32-S3-EYE, not the ESP-EYE the project had been
built against - different product, and only this one has a screen. Card
art follows the real board: camera and function buttons on the main
board, the orange SUB silk band, then the 240x240 panel.
