_syncCurrentQuestion() tiap ganti soal, dan {#each} opsi memakai :key
option.id. Mencegah opsi 'hilang' 1 frame saat navigasi mcq<->flashcard.
Tambah test integritas shuffle (opsi tetap lengkap & id konsisten).
